Cositas was the first foal out of KJ and this lovely mare has done it all, and with style! She was a super reliable ride, cow savvy, and experienced working cattle and riding in the rough country. She has her mama’s good looks, great hip, and awesome bone and feet. While we sold her a few years ago, we are excited to be bringing her back into our herd and broodmare band now – and refilling that empty spot in Mik’s heart!!
Cositas’ is 99.8% foundation. Her sire, Ranger (AMHA #178617), was a flaxen chestnut, 15-3 hand, and much-loved Arctic Morgans stallion, by Coal Creek Dallas and out of Mantle Tiara Rose. Ranger went up to Montana several years ago. Through him, Cositas brings some different western working lines into our mix, with a very high percentage of Mansfield blood. AMHA registration #194821.
